Fankou lead-zinc ore dressing plant (1)

The plant in 1965 designed by Changsha Nonferrous Metallurgy Design and Research Institute, commissioned in 1969, the design capacity of 3000t / d.
(1) The nature of the ore: Ores processing plant belonging to carbonate rocks simple mineral composition epithermal fluid filled fracture deposit account. Ore type dominated by massive pyrite, lead zinc ore. The main metal minerals are galena, sphalerite and pyrite. Secondary metallic minerals are arsenopyrite, copper ore, tetrahedrite, pyrrhotite, bournonite, stibnite, sulfur, antimony and the like. Associated rare elements are cadmium , antimony , gallium and precious metals such as gold and silver . Gangue minerals calcite, dolomite, quartz, sericite.
Lead-zinc ore mineral composition, but the embedding is complicated, especially the partial lead ore is very fine, and it is closely symbiotic with the sphalerite. The sphalerite dissolves and replaces the pyrite, while the galena is mostly shaped or fine veins. It is embedded in pyrite. The embedding grain size of galena is 0.01~0.50mm in the northern part of the deposit and 0.04~1.0mm in the west of the deposit. The size of the sphalerite is 0.1 to 1.5 mm in the northern part of the deposit, generally greater than 0.1 mm, and 0.2 to 1.5 mm in the west of the deposit. The grain size of pyrite (referred to as fine-grained part) is 0.02~0.1mm in the northern part of the deposit and 0.05~0.4mm in the west of the deposit, which is an uneven fine-grained inlay.
The distribution of main elements, the upper lead and zinc grades are richer, and the lower sulfur grades are higher. The current oxidation rate of lead in the ore is 9~10%, the oxidation rate of zinc is 1.3~2.3%, the water content of the ore is 5~7%, and the final crushed product is in the grain size, the content of -0.074mm is 13~15%, and the ore density is 2.75t/m. 3 , loose density 1.75 t / m 3 , Platts hardness 8 ~ 12. The multi-element analysis of raw ore is shown in the table below.

(2) Process flow: The process of crushing and screening is shown in the following figure.

Since the plant was put into production, the sorting process has been changed several times, and the priority flotation process (high alkali process) and the full float-separation process have been compared in production. Since the economical effect of the full float-separation process is not significant, all in 1984 Changed to a high alkali process. The two process simultaneous selection indicators are shown in the table below.
