Use and precautions

1. After connecting the power supply, you can turn on the 2 sets of heating switches, first turn on the blower switch to make the blower work, and then set the temperature of the control instrument to the temperature you need.

2. When the temperature rises to the desired temperature, the indicator light is off. At the beginning of the constant temperature, the temperature may continue to rise. This is the effect of residual heat, which will tend to stabilize in about half an hour. In the constant temperature process, the temperature control is automatically controlled by the thermostat in the box without manual management.

3. When the temperature is constant, a set of heating switches can be turned off, leaving only one set of electric heaters to work, so as to avoid excessive power and affect the sensitivity of the constant temperature.

4. The box should be placed indoors.

6. Please check the electrical performance of the box before powering on, and pay attention to whether there is open circuit or leakage.

7. When everything is ready, put it into the sample, close the box door and unscrew the top exhaust valve. At this point, you can connect the power supply and start working.

8. Do not arbitrarily remove the side door, disturb or change the line. Only when the box fails, the side door can be removed and checked one by one according to the line. If there is a major fault, you can contact the factory.

9. This box is a non-explosion-proof drying box, so it has flammable volatiles. Do not put it in the dry box to avoid explosion.

10. Each drying oven is provided with two specimen shelves. The average load per shelf is 15 kg. Do not over-tighten and overload the test specimens to avoid affecting hot air convection. At the same time, the test piece should not be placed on the heat sink on the bottom of the studio to prevent overheating and damage the sample.

If the test pen or power adapter is damaged and needs to be replaced, you must replace the test pen and power adapter of the same model and the same electrical specifications. Do not use the instrument when the battery indicator indicates that the power is exhausted. If you do not use the instrument for a long time, remove the battery and store it.

Do not store or use the instrument in high temperature, high humidity, flammable, explosive or strong electromagnetic fields.

Use a damp cloth or detergent to clean the case. Do not use abrasives or solvents.

When the instrument is wet, please dry it and store it.

Electric blast drying oven operating procedures

(1) Dry box is used for baking, drying or other heating of the sample. The maximum operating temperature is 300 °C. The drying oven works under the conditions that the ambient temperature is not more than 40 ° C and the relative humidity of the air is not more than 85%.

(2) Use a special plug and socket and ground it with a wire that is twice as thick as the power cord. Check the electrical insulation performance before use, and pay attention to whether there is open circuit, short circuit and leakage.

(3) Put the thermometer on the box, turn on the power supply and adjust the temperature control knob to the set temperature. When the AC contact switch is just disconnected, check whether the reading of the thermometer matches the set value. If there is any difference, fine-tune it until the constant temperature is met. Set the temperature.

(4) Open the top or bottom vent to remove moisture from the box.

(5) The maximum average load of the test steel plate is 15Kg, and the placement should not be too heavy or too dense. Be sure to leave a gap. The test piece should not be placed on the bottom plate of the studio.

(6) It is strictly forbidden to put flammable and volatile substances in the drying box to prevent explosion.

(7) Connect the power supply, the green indicator light is on, the blower switch is turned on, the blower motor is running, the heating power is turned on, and the drying box is put into working state.

(8) When working, the door should not be opened frequently to avoid affecting the constant temperature field.

(9) There is no over-temperature protection device for this equipment. Therefore, there should be a special person to monitor the temperature inside the box when working. If the temperature is out of control, it should be checked off in time to avoid accidents.
