The secondary pollution treatment of the Chusheng Sanitation Vehicle has always been a major problem. Even with the compression type garbage truck, the slag leakage, air leakage, and water leakage cannot always be eradicated. Among the three leaks in sanitation trucks, the most unresolved problem is leakage. Leachate from sewage trucks often pollutes the road surface, and the city’s main roads are strewn with it. The problem with compressed garbage trucks is even more serious. To solve the sewage treatment problem of compressed garbage trucks, we must find ways to increase the capacity of the sewage tanks and handle the collection and discharge of sewage.
1. Technical measures to increase the capacity of the recovery tank

Increasing the recovery tank is the primary method for solving the outflow of sewage. The recovery tank is related to the filling device. When considering the space for the filling device and the car body, the filling device can not occupy too much space (such as need to consider the impact on the departure angle of the vehicle, etc.) and increase the capacity of the recovery tank. limit.
The sewage collection capacity of the compression garbage truck is reflected in the design of the recovery tank. There are usually two methods. One is to place the recovery tank in the lower front of the filler, which can better use the filler and the lower part of the box. The space between the vehicles can also reduce the rear suspension of the vehicle and increase the departure angle. However, the capacity of the recovery tank is small and the potential for expansion is small. The other option is to locate the recovery tank under the filler floor and to abandon the use of fillers. The space between the lower part of the car body increases the rear suspension of the car, reduces the departure angle, and the capacity of the sewage tank is large. The potential for expansion is also great. In the second solution, the expansion tank expansion method is to fill the tank. Part of the space is used to collect sewage. For a car with a capacity of about 5 tons, the filling tanks of the conventional septic tanks and fillers are independent of each other. Regardless of the utilization of the filling space, the capacity of the recovery tank is only 120L, which does not fully meet the sewage collection requirements. However, 4 to 5 round holes of about 20mm are opened laterally at the bottom of the filler floor, connecting the two spaces. The volume of the sewage tank has more than doubled and the capacity for collecting sewage has greatly increased. In contrast, the volume of the first type of recovery tank is limited to between 60 and 80 L, and it is often side-loaded waste water.

2. Use of temporary storage space

In order to reduce spillage during the removal of garbage trucks, it is necessary to increase the capacity of sewage collection, make full use of the existing space for possible storage of garbage trucks, and design a temporary water storage device. Compression type garbage truck has very strong compression capacity for garbage. For an ordinary 5 t class vehicle, the density after compaction can reach 0.7 t/m3 (Foreign compression type garbage truck, compaction density for garbage is 0.8 t/m3). The clearance between the bottom plate and the push plate is blocked by the compacted garbage, and the car body is divided into two distinct parts. In this way, a sewage accumulating area is formed in the area between the front end of the car body and the push plate, which is inconvenient to handle. Therefore, some vehicles are designed to consider installing a secondary recovery tank on both sides of the front frame of the car body. However, this arrangement is more difficult (affecting the use of batteries and fuel tanks), and it is not easy to remove dirt and inconvenient drainage. There is no practical use value.
In addition, the observation window of the front panel of the car does not need to be opened too much. The window design may consider the use of a movable file. Although the sewage accumulating area can be a temporary recovery tank, when the vehicle bumps, the sewage overflows the carriage due to the large window, splashes on the rear window of the cab, and controls placed between the cab and the carriage, such as valves The use of PLC has been affected. Of course, the sewage will eventually be removed from this temporary space, and it is not possible to foul the front of the car body. Therefore, a suitable gap between the push plate and the bottom of the car body is required, usually about 20 mm, which can ensure the sewage in the sewage area can be Slow out. The design of the car body usually leaves an angle of 1°~3° between the bottom plate of the car body and the frame. When the rubbish is loaded, the presence of the included angle can cause the sewage to flow slowly to the sewage tank (if there is room in the sewage tank). To make the sewage flow into the recovery tank, the structure design can meet the requirements, and there is no inevitable relationship with the sealing adhesive strips on the surface.

3, sewage overflow and discharge treatment

As described above, the use of a sewage accumulation area is to prevent overflow of sewage. The recovery tank is located under the bottom plate of the filler, and the dirt collection tank is connected with the sewage tank with a hose. The bottom plate of the filler and the sewage tank can form a relatively closed space, and the sewage cannot evaporate. The filler space connected to it, due to the closure of the scraper and the slide, will not allow sewage to come out. Some compressed garbage trucks also have a filler cover that completely seals the filler. If the recovery tank is located in the lower front of the filler, the recovery tank will also be present as a sewage collection tank, which will be in an open state. When the sewage reaches a certain amount, it cannot be spilled without shaking. However, even so, it is required to drain the sewage in time because the sewage in the accumulating area of ​​the sewage continuously seeps out. When the volume of the recovery tank is large, and when it is full, it is necessary to dump the sewage in a timely manner so as not to cause pollution in the interior of the vehicle. It is necessary to facilitate the dumping of sewage. Second, it is easy to clean the interior of the sewage tank. Third, it is necessary to take care of the work of sanitation workers. In the past, sewage treatment was often solved by means of an external hose, which was often unusable due to clogged sewage pipes during use. If such a sewage discharge switch is used, the discharge outlet is made rectangular, and the opening is increased as much as possible. The lower edge is flush with the bottom of the recovery tank, and the scale can be effectively removed. Then the external hose is used to discharge the waste.
